Thanks to those who have provided feedback or advice over the last month, it has been great to hear from some familiar faces and some new contacts too. While the festive season is always a busy one I’ll be looking to post more in the new year.
If you have any suggestions as to topics or cases you would like to see covered then do send me an email at [email protected].
In case anyone is interested, in its first three weeks this blog has had more than 150 visitors from more than 20 countries; it’s always easy to forget how international intellectual property can be. The most popular post to date has been on the Supreme Court’s decision in Warner-Lambert v Actavis, which is almost entirely to do with policy rather than IP law. Some writing on the UK’s new(?) standard of plausibility is however under way.
Please do consider signing up to new updates by email on the left hand side of the page. You can always set Outlook to send them straight to junk at a later date – I’ll never know.
